Ready to send your climbing shoes in for repair? Great – here’s how to make sure they reach us safely. Package your shoes securely, include the completed form (download below), and affix the label supplied on the form to the outside. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service so you can keep an eye on their journey. Once they arrive, we’ll let you know they’ve landed and get to work bringing them back to life.
